In the last seven days, enforcement officials have fined 1,261 people in connection with Covid-19 mitigating measures.
Figures published on the COVID-Malta page show that 784 people were in a public place without a mask and 366 people were in larger groups than those allowed by law.
There were 92 people who met in residences in larger groups than allowed.
Six establishments were fined for violating conditions related to establishments while 13 people did not comply with the quarantine obligation.
While some measures are slowly being relaxed, enforcement will remain robust.
