23 years later: ” In a Woman’s Heart” revamped for Malta Pride

In 1996, a 17 year old girl with a story to tell, made it to the final in Malta’s Song for Europe and gave a wonderful performance on stage. The modern pop song penned by Alfred C Sant, and composed by Paul Abela is none other than “In a Woman’s Heart”, and that girl of course is Miriam Christine Borg.

23 years later, Miriam Christine needs no introduction having been in the local music scene since then. She has taken part in several shows including Song for the People (Għanja tal-Poplu), the Malta Song Festival (Festival tal-Kanzunetta Maltija), and the Independence Song Contest (Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza) and has released no less than 3 original albums, all very different from each other, with a fourth one expected later this year.

With Malta Pride celebrations a few months away, Miriam Christine and her management team have decided to issue a remix of the song ‘In a Woman’s Heart’ for Peter Carbonaro, Creative Director of Malta Pride 2019 which will be launched at the annual concert.

In a Woman’s Heart (Remix Pride) was produced by Sean Vella within Philip Vella Studios and is supported by a lyrics video made by Duane and Angie Laus. The song is available to be heard and can be purchased on leading digital music platforms thanks to the German publishing and distributing company CAP-Sounds which works closely with Ironic PR & amp; Artist Management.
