A St Valentine’s Day polemic continues…..

An MCAST gesture with its students on the occasion of St Valentine’s day was not well received by everyone, with some also feeling irritated.

Matthew Grech, a former converted gay, said that what occurred with students is not progress but a setback. He maintains that Health and Education authorities are promoting casual sex before the marriage sacrament.

He believes that extra pressure is being placed on students to have sexual relations before marriage. Grech also expressed anger for this attitude, saying that instead of teaching students how to control their passions, authorities are encouraging them to sin.
