Adrian Delia says no one knows whom the 17 Black inquiry is about

The Leader of the PN Adrian Delia spoke about the secret company 17 Black during a meeting with party activists in Balzan.

He said that the PM has tried to run away from these questions, but when he found himself under pressure, he let Minister Owen Bonnici explain. He informed Parliament that there is an inquiry, but while saying who the Magistrate is who is leading the inquiry, we still do not know whom the inquiry is about.

Dr Delia said that he had filed a court case against Vitals so that the St Luke’s, Karen Grech and Gozo hospitals will be given back to the people. He said that the Government gave away these three hospitals in a €2 billion contract to a company which had no experience in the health sector.

Dr Delia said that the attitude of the PM is not to answer any questions – not in Parliament, not to the media and not even in Court. He said that the same goes for Konrad Mizzi, who is also running away from the media’s questions and pointed out that his lawyer had been given a direct order of €200,000.
