Elderly man in danger of dying following Mġarr traffic incident

In an emergency manner a 70-year-old man was urgently conveyed to Mater Dei Hospital after he was involved in a traffic incident at about 3 pm this afternoon after a collision in Triq l-Imġarr between a Peugeot driven by the man from Mġarr and a BMW driven by a 39-year-old man from Għargħur.

The elderly man was rushed to Mater Dei in an ambulance and was later certified to be in danger of dying.

Duty Magistrate Dr Marseanne Farrugia order an Inquiry and appointed experts while Police investigations are ongoing.
