Apologizes after being seen ‘groping’ singer

The bishop who presided at the funeral of singer Aretha Franklin apologized to young singer Ariana Grande after being accused of groping her breast while they were on stage.

Photographs showed Bishop Charles H Ellis III holding Ariana Grande from above her waist with his fingers touching the side of the singer’s breast. The Bishop said that he had no intention of touching the singer’s breast.

He added that he might have exaggerated and crossed the line, however he apologized for his behaviour, saying that he hugged all the artists, women and men, who attended the ceremony commemorating the Queen of Soul.

However, those following the funeral, published photos on social sites showing Ariana Grande singing Aretha’s song, ‘(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman’, with the bishop pressing tightly on her on stage.
