WATCH: How strong is your heart?

A person can now be informed whether they are at risk from heart disease in an online test.

Those over 30 can access this on online test to learn the truth on the strength of their heart.

The test claims that 80% of heart attacks or strokes among those aged under 75 may be avoided by a change in lifestyle.

By not following a healthy lifestyle, four out of every adults are at risk of death before their time. Recommendations include not smoking, eating healthy food and exercising to maintain a strong heart.

Of the two million persons who have taken the test, 78% resulted in having a heart that has aged before its time.
