WATCH: Election Day atmosphere at Rabat, Msida and Mrieħel

There are just less than two hours to go before the end of today’s elections.

Throughout the day TVM toured various towns and villages throughout Malta and Gozo.

TVM went to Rabat, Msida and Mrieħel and followed the way matters were progressing in these localities.

Figures published by the Electoral Commission show that by 2 pm almost 32% had voted in the EU Parliament elections, that is, 2% less than had voted in similar elections five years ago. There was also a decrease at this point in Local Council elections with 27.5% having voted by 2 pm.
