Construction defects come to light as adjacent building is demolished

Some people have taken to social media to comment on the safety or otherwise of this building in Santa Venera Street, Msida.

It seems that the five storey construction is being supported by concrete bricks as seen in the video and photographs? This came to the fore once the adjacent building was knocked down.
