Arrested after slightly injuring police officer in Gozo

A 28 year old Libyan man was arrested after he was accused of theft and with slightly injuring a police officer.

The man, who lives in Rabat, Gozo was accused of violently resisting police orders, theft and of slightly injuring a police officer amongst other charges.

Appearing before Magistrate Monica Vella, the man denied the charges and was not granted bail.
