Baby boy stolen from mother’s womb opens his eyes for the first time

There was some good news following the shocking story of the murder of Marlen Ochoa-Lopez, as her son, who was stolen from her womb after she was killed, opened his eyes for the first time.

The murder took place in Chicago a month ago when three people tricked Lopez into meeting them by promising her free clothes for her baby. She ended up being murdered and dumped in a dumpster after the baby she was carrying was cut out from her womb.

The baby has been battling for its life for the last month at the Intensive Care Unit in a Chicago hospital, and finally for the first time since he was admitted, the child has shown signs of life and opened his eyes.

The baby is now in the care of his father,  Yovany Lopez who said that although is family is still in mourning, the baby has given them new hope.
