Baroness continued to serve the people till the end

Former British Cabinet Office Minister, Baroness Tessa Jowell died at the age of 70 following a year-long battle with cancer.

She died in a coma on Saturday after suffering a brain hemorrhage last Friday.

Jowell was popular in House of Commons and had an important role in culture and the organisation of the London Olympics.

Some months ago, deputies in the House were moved when she discussed her health condition and appealed so that patients are given better access for new treatment on cancer cure.
