Disagreement in Parliament regarding Islapp legislation

The Government and the Opposition have disagreed on advice that is being given by the Commission for Justice regarding Islapp legislation.

EU Commissioner for Justice Věra Jourová said it is possible to avoid the enforcement of sentences SLAPP as a result of other jurisdictions on the basis of public policy.

Commissioner Věra Jourová is due to visit Malta in the coming days.
