Ben Camille to present Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2016

Ben Camille has been chosen to present the Malta Song for Europe 2016.

Straight from one of the most followed series on Television Malta – Strada Stretta – to the Malta Eurovision Song Contest, Camille, who besides being an actor is also a model, said this opportunity to present such a national event was an honour.

Apart from being excited at the prospect, Camille admitted to being just a tiny bit nervous. Whilst thanking PBS Chief Executive Anton Attard for this opportunity, Camille took the opportunity to convey his best wishes to all contestants taking part in this year’s edition.

The 20 finalists chosen in recent days will compete in the semi-final on 22  January, in the hope of gaining one of the 14 places in the final for this prestigious festival, which will be held on the morrow, 23 January, at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta. The winner of this Festival will then represent Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden in May.

Tickets can be purchased on the electronic site www.mcc.com.mt
