Brian Tonna publishes documents showing he opened Egrant and it remained his

There has been a new twist in the controversy raging around Egrant. The Managing Partner of Nexia BT, Brian Tonna, has published four signed documents to prove the company was opened in July of 2013 and it remained his up to the day it was dissolved in January of this year.

In a detailed statement Tonna explained the requirements for opening a company and insisted he was the only shareholder in the company while Dubro and Aliator were temporary shareholders for only five days after the company was formed. Tonna said that Panamanian Law does not require share transfers to be registered.
