New Chairman and Board of Governors for FinanceMalta

Rudolph Psaila is the new Chairman of FinanceMalta; a public-private entity that has been established to promote Malta as an international finance centre.

Psaila’s appointment as the replacement of Kenneth Farrugia, who had occupied the position for eight years, was announced by the Parliamentary Secretary for Financial Services, the Digital Economy and Innovation, Silvio Schembri, during a meeting of the new Board of Governors which was held today.

The PS also announced FinanceMalta’s new Board of Governors appointed by the Government as well as financial services companies. The Members are Justin Spiteri, Marvin Zammit, Josianne Cascun Montebello Claude Abela, Dr Wayne Pisani, Dr Matthew Bianchi, Karol Gabarretta, and Kenneth Farrugia.
