Comodini Cachia, Dalli and Metsola win MEP Awards

Three Maltese MEPs,  Therese Comodini Cachia, Miriam Dalli and Roberta Metsola were honoured on Wednesday evening  during a ceremony in Brussels for their work in the European Parliament.

The three MEPs won prizes in different categories of the MEP Awards organized by The Parliament Magazine which each year awards a number of European members of Parliament for their work in the EP.

Nationalist MEP Roberta Metsola won the MEP of the Year Award for her work in the fields of justice and civil liberties while MEP Therese Comodini Cachia won the Award for Corporate Governance. Labour party MEP Miriam Dalli won the Award in the Energy category.
