A 16-year old singer has won a contest among ten finalists to represent Malta in the Eurovision Young Dancers in Prague, next December.
Denis Buttigieg will represent Malta in the Eurovision Young Dancers after she won the competition organised by the Public Broadcasting Services as member of the European Broadcasting Union. Reacting to the success, Denise said that she will now prepare for the final contest in Prague in December.
PBS Chief Executive, John Bundy, said that the jury faced a difficult task to select the Malta representative in this competition held every two years.
There were 18 submissions for the competition with the jury selecting the final ten. Then a separate jury selected the winner among the ten finalists who performed different styles of dancing.
