Destiny’s song cannot be used for next year’s Eurovision

EBU has announced that songs by participating countries for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, which was scheduled for Rotterdam, cannot be used again next year.

The announcement was made following the cancellation of this year’s contest due to the Covid-19 situation.

The decision means that Malta will not participate with the song All Of My Love when the Eurovision is held next year.

EBU said in a statement that it is up to the countries to decide whether they will participate with the same singers next year, even if the song has to be changed.

PBS has yet to announce its official position at this stage following the EBU decision
