DJ Tenishia joins forces with Malta’s Philharmonic Orchestra

The Malta Philharmonic Orchestra will once again collaborate with DJ Tenishia for TEMPO – a concert which will take place on Saturday 25 July, in St. George’s Square.

Many will remember the same collaboration two years ago, when the DJ and the orchestra joined forces at the opening of the European Capital of Culture combining classical music and house music. The concert will be free of charge, aimed at reviving economic activity in Valletta after the pandemic.

The Chairman of the Valletta Cultural Agency, Jason Micallef, said that the local orchestra and Tenishia will be joined by several established and young local singers. Mr Micallef said that in the first fortnight since everything had reopened, positive signs had already been noticed.
