Drivers be vigilant!

Between tomorrow and Monday evening (24 to 27 January), from 8pm until five in the morning, the other part of the underground electric cable tunnel will start being built in the Marsa-Ħamrun Bypass.

This is being done as part of the € 2.25 million project for improved connectivity with other locations in the area.

Part of the roundabout under the flyover of this bypass will be closed at night while works are ongoing.

There will be no access from the southern lane of the bypass toward the roundabout nor from Qormi Road (near Maltapost offices) to SantaVenera and Ħamrun.

Drivers are required to follow the signs to alternative routes in the same area.
