Effects of cheese consumption on health

Consumption of a small amount of cheese on a daily basis can reduce one’s chances of heart disease or stroke.

New research shows that eating cheese on a regular basis is good for one’s health.

This emerged following a survey carried out on 200,000 persons whose diets and health patterns were analysed. The research showed that persons who consume 40 grams of cheese every day, the size of a matchbox, have a 14% less risk of heart disease or stroke.
