Eighth victim of Coronavirus in Malta is 56-year-old man

The eighth victim of the Coronavirus in Malta is a 56-year-old man who had various chronic conditions.

In a statement by the Ministry of Health, it was stated that the victim was being treated at Mater Dei and was confirmed positive for Covid-19 on 17 May.

The man died at Mater Dei hospital last night.
