Elderly woman knocked down in San Ġwann four months ago has died

The elderly woman who had been knocked down in San Ġwann four months ago died this morning.

The woman passed away at Mater Dei Hospital, where she had been in a coma since the day of the accident as a result of serious cranial injuries.

Magistrate Charmaine Galea, who is conducting an inquiry into the accident, was notified of the woman’s death.
