Emergency sirens to be tested next week at Delimara power station

Electrogas Malta Ltd would like to inform the public that it will be carrying out tests of the emergency sirens at the Delimara Power Station on Tuesday 2 June at 10am.

The sirens will be rung for around 20 seconds as part of a procedure which the company carries out each year to ensure that its preparations in case of an emergency situation are in place.

Electrogas’ plans in case of an emergency are updated regularly in collaboration with a number of national entities, as stipulated by the relevant regulations.
