Encouraging messages for young footballer hit by car at Rabat

18-year old Matteo Grima is fighting for his life after he was run over by a vehicle in Rabat three days ago.

The Imtarfa youth is known in the local football community as a player of third division side, Mdina Knights FC.

Many persons augured him a speedy recovery and promised their prayers to Matteo, including his team mates in his club and the Malta Football Association.

In the accident, Matteo was seriously injured, and family members have confirmed with TVM that he is still in a critical condition. They have made a heartfelt appeal to everyone to keep Matteo in their prayers.
