Ends up in Court on charges of theft and damage to third party property

29-year-old Wayne Catania of Ħamrun was remanded in custody after being arraigned in Court and charged with attempted theft of a vehicle and with theft and damage to third party property.

Accused pleaded not guilty to the charges, and requested bail through defence lawyer Dr Joe Brincat. The Court denied the request.
