Paris: Seven people wounded in stabbing and iron bar attack

A man armed with a knife and iron bar attacked and injured seven people, four of them seriously, in Paris.

The man, of Afghan nationality, was arrested. The authorities said that the attack has no connection with terrorism.

The attack happend at around 11pm last night in the 19th arrondissement in Paris.

Among the injured are two British tourists.
