UPDATED: Heavy turnout for vaccinations without an appointment at mobile clinic

There was a heavy turnout this morning for the vaccine against Covid-19 as this morning one could get vaccinated at a mobile clinic with no need for an appointment.

From what could be observed, foreign nationals who are resident in Malta came out in their droves to take the vaccine from the mobile clinic at the Technopark in Mosta which today was open between 9.00 am and noon.

On Wednesday 21 July the mobile clinic will be near the Zejtun Church.

On 23 July, it will be near the St Julian’s police station.

On 27, 29 and 29 July, the vaccine will be offered in front of Parliament.

Meanwhile one can also get vaccinated without an appointment at the University of Malta between Monday – Saturday and on Gozo one can go to the vaccination centre at the Aurora from Monday to Friday. The opening times at these places is between 8.30am – 3pm.

As from today Malta is also accepting the vaccine card from the CDC (Centre for Disease Control) in the US and vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency as a valid certificate of the vaccine.
