Many people today are not having enough sleep. The hours that you sleep are irrelevant if you do not feel to have rested enough.

According to psychologists a person needs darkness to sleep well. It is important that an individual is exposed both to light and darkness in a regular way, because if he is not, a person is increasing the risk of disease such as diabetes and obesity.

They explained that during the night, in darkness, temperature deceases and the body’s metabolism slows down. Therefore, psychologists stress on the importance that a person rests in darkness even for long hours. They noted that when a person leaves town and from its artificial lights goes to the countryside, he sleeps better and feels more relaxed.

Therefore, they are proposing that a person sleeps in complete darkness in order to rest well.
