The Grupp Ozo offices backed by an investment of €2.5 million have been inaugurated at Qormi by the Prime Minister, Robert Abela, and the Minister for Energy, Enterprises and Sustainable Development, Miriam Dalli.
The Prime Minister said the investment does not merely reflect the determined wishes of the Group to grow but is also a significant gesture of confidence in the country. Dr Abela said Grupp Ozo has found an initiative manner to continue its commercial activities during the pandemic while maintaining the employment of all its workers.
Minister Dalli said that this company, besides increasing its commercial operations has also given attention to operational sustainability. She said the group is in the process of changing its vehicle fleet to that of a less pollutant one.
The Chairperson of Grupp Ozo, Mario Muscat, stated the celebration on the day was not only welcoming the new investment but a humble approach of chapters yet to come while the company is celebrating its 25th anniversary of operations.
