In Birkirkara: Cat thrown from building after jumping into neighbour’s residence

A heartbroken woman shared her story with TVM after this morning she found her cat dead.

The woman, who lives in a penthouse, stated that the cat, named Peggy Sue, was found lifeless in front of the garage, soaked with water and with fructures in its leg, among other injuries.

She alleged that her cat had jump at her neighbours’ residence, who then grabbed and threw her from above to the ground.

The woman reported the cruelty case to the Police, who however cannot assist her due to lack of evidence.

Peggy Sue was nine years old and was adopted from the Tomasina santuary.

The speechless woman appealed for more mercy to be shown to animals.
