In Italy: Green Pass needed for travel – buses accessible to everyone

In Italy, only holders of Covid-19 vaccination certificates will be allowed to travel on ships, railways, and aircraft.

This is being reported in several sections of the Italian media including Sky Tg24 and Corriere della Sera, who are saying that according to reports, between Tuesday and Wednesday the Italian Government is expected to announce more restrictions in connection with Covid-19 with the aim of controlling the spread of the pandemic.

On the other hand, it is also being reported that persons not holding a Green Pass will be allowed unhindered access to buses, trams, and the metro.

So far, the Italian Government has announced that with effect from 6 August, the vaccination certificate is mandatory in enclosed areas, including restaurants and bars.
