Inquiry’s report had three pages missing – Inquiry Board says this was only a technical issue
The board of inquiry on the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia said that it will be sending new copies of the public inquiry after it resulted that, from the report presented by them, there were three pages missing from the 437-page report.
In a statement, the board of inquiry consisting of Judges Emeritus Michael Mallia and Joseph Said Pullicino and Judge Abigail Lofaro, said that these missing pages were hidden after the pages with the title that followed. (See photo).
The board said that this was only a technical issue and there was nothing intentional. It added that the board will see that it is solved and new copies are sent to those concerned.
