How much do you exercise to lose weight? Now you can rely on technology and science to come to your aid through the use of hormones that dissolve fat.

Researchers at the Joslin Diabetes Center in the United States have revealed this after studying the hormones that control fat.

This chemical is known as lipokina or 12-13-diHome which always increases during physical exercise or when exposed to cold conditions.

The study was carried out on mice as well as humans and found that particles released from fat while the body is exposed to cold conditions had a positive effect on the metabolism.

When released the chemical regulates metabolism and may in future mean no more excessive exertion in physical exercises because there may be a combination of this naturally released chemical and a blend of physical exercise to keep weight down.
