Making students smile, and looking forward to welcoming them again to classes in September

Staff at St Albert the Great College have put together a video in the past days with the intention of making students smile, and also so that teachers would show the students that during the Covid-19 pandemic the teachers were still thinking about their students, despite the fact that the virus kept them away from their scholastic surroundings for a number of weeks.
In a nutshell, each member of the staff contributed footage of about 40 seconds, in the course of which the smiles on the faces of those taking part really stand out, with a number of teachers dancing to the melodies of different songs. The clips were then edited by two teachers, resulting in four heart-warming videos.
During these past weeks the college, under the direction of Mario Mallia, did their best to remain in contact with the students and continued delivering lessons where possible, despite the difficult circumstances. A very altruistic attitude, in line with the college motto ‘Proud to Belong’.
Meanwhile, the college staff are very much looking forward to September, to welcome the students back to the college for a new scholastic year. In the hope, of course, that everything will proceed smoothly.
