Malta: third highest increase in job vacancy and employment rates

During the second quarter of the year, between April and June, Malta had the third highest rate for calls for employment in the labor market.

According to Eurostat statistics, job vacancy rates and employers seeking employees had increased in ten had European Union countries and decreased in nine others.

Eurostat said that Malta along with Germany had the third highest job vacancy/ employment rates. The two countries with even higher rates were the Czech Republic and Latvia.
