Man accused of breaching his bail conditions

A Libyan man was accused of breaching the conditions imposed on him by the court.

Ans Algheziwim, who works as a builder,pleaded not guilty to being in Testaferrata Street Gzira and carrying a knife, when he was meant to be at home, according to a court order. The defense said that since March he was only found to be in breach of his curfew once.

The prosecution said that when a man was granted bail, he had to observe the conditions imposed on him. Magistrate Grima ordered that the accused be held under arrest.
