Man hospitalised after crashing into wall

A 35-year-old man has been hospitalised for treatment following an accident in Tal-Balal Road, San Gwann at about 1.15 p.m., when the man lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a wall.

Civil Protection Department personnel and an emergency medical team were summoned, and the man was transferred to hospital by ambulance.

Part of the road had to be closed to traffic for some time because of a fuel leak, but was reopened after the danger had been eliminated.
