Man injured at Ħal Għaxaq construction site

A 49 year old man from Mellieha sustained injuries at a construction site in Ħal Għaxaq. The Police were informed about the accident in Triq it-Tumbarellu at about 1.00 p.m.

Police said that from initial information obtained on site, a wall of six courses fell on the construction worker.

A medical team from Mater Dei reported on site, and the man was transferred to hospital. Police are investigating.
