Man is charged €43 for two bottles of water and two coffees

In Venice, a man who was on holiday was astonished when he learned that for two bottles of water and two cups of coffee he had been charged €43.

Juan Carlos Bustamante, an activist in the Movimento 5 Stelle, could not believe how much the bill amounted to when he ordered a few drinks from a cafeteria in Venice. He decided to share his experience on social media to show how he had been fleeced alive.

The cafeteria said that its prices are clearly displayed on the menu, however they said that clients do not always pay attention and go ahead and order anyway.
