Man who attempted to run down persons at Westminster to be arraigned in Court

29-year old Salih Khater from Birmingham, originally from Sudan, is being accused with the attempted murder of various persons when he drove a car on a group of cyclists and pedestrians outside the House of Commons building in Westminster on Tuesday.

A Police spokesperson said the case is being treated as a terrorist attack. The man is expected to appear in Court on Monday. Three persons were injured in the incident.
