MDA proposed reduction in electricity-water bills

The Developers’ Association offered its assistance to the Government to identify an unused market property to be temporarily used for medical facilities.

MDA said in a statement that it met Prime Minister Robert Abela and presented a series of proposals to confront the developing situation.

The association proposed that the State introduces measures that safeguard jobs and assists families who ended up in a dire situation to cope with the cost of living.

It further proposed that the burden of electricity and water bills should be eased and a compensation is given to those who became unemployed.
