New suspect arrested in connection with St Petersburg attack

In Russia, law enforcement officers are interrogating a new suspect in connection with the St Petersburg metro attack earlier this month. 14 people died in the attack. The new suspect is the ninth person arrested following suspicion that he may have collaborated with aggressor Akbarzhon Jaslilov. Jalilov was killed in the explosion.
