Nine-year-old shoots and kills sister in argument over computer game

A 13-year-old Mississippi girl died after being shot by her younger brother in an argument over a computer game.

Mississippi Police said the boy is nine years old, and the fatality occurred after the boy grabbed a pistol and shot his sister after she refused to hand over the remote control to allow him to play.

It is being alleged that the boy shot his sister from behind, and the bullet entered her brain. Police confirmed that the girl died soon after being admitted to hospital. It is still not clear how the boy managed to find the pistol and fire it. Equally unclear are the consequences to be faced by the boy. The accident occurred in the home of the children’s parents.
