No evidence to show that tablets and mobiles cause harm to children

There is little evidence to show that the use of tables and mobiles cause harm to children.

According to a study by BMJ Open Medical Journal, parents should not worry too much or deny their kids access to technology as long as it is not at bedtime

Doctors also said that parents should realise that they should not let children become too absorbed in tables and mobiles and end up not doing any physical exercise, getting any sleep or spending time with their families.

The studies have continued to insist on the importance of creating a balance but it is also not wise to deny children access to technology because today’s society and lifestyle revolve around it.
