No more long hair and black beard for Conchita Wurst

Popular singer Conchita Wurst, who had won the Eurovision Song Contest in 2014, has surprised the showbiz world with a new appearance.

To debut her song ‘Hit Me’, Conchita Wurst has changed her appearance from long hair, a black beard, and feminine clothes, and now has short, blond hair and wears sporty clothes.

‘Hit Me’ is one of the songs on her new album ‘Truth Over Magnitude’.

Wurst is now appearing in public as an androgynous artist and in the music video for ‘Hit Me’ she combines both feminine and masculine aspects as a commentary on the stereotypes which society creates when it comes to gender.
