North Korea wants a flag on the moon in 10 years’ time

The North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un, ordered the country’s scientists to create advanced space satellites in order to “control the space”. His aim is that by ten years’ times, North Korea will have its flag on the moon.

The country’s space engineering centre – the North Korea’s National Aerospace Development Administration – said that although the United States and its allies attempt to restrain space developments, North Korea’s scientists will achieve their moon mission and that scientific experiments are planned once people are sent in space missions.
