Oliver Scicluna and Camilleri Cuschieri win the Premju Monsinjur Mikiel Azzopardi Award

The Chairperson of the Commission of Rights for Persons with Disabilities, Oliver Scicluna, and the company Camilleri & Cuschieri Consulting Engineers, are the winners of the Premju Monsinjur Mikiel Azzopardi Award for this year.

The winners were announced by Fr Martin Micallef, Dar tal-Providenza Director, during a concert staged yesterday at the St Paul Metropolitan Cathedral in Mdina to mark the International Day dedicated to Persons with Disabilities.

This award, first staged in 1955, is given as recognition for the contribution of those awarded for their work for disabled persons in Malta and Gozo as well as persons and entities that help the Dar tal-Providenza.
