Original song to take part in Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018

Children aged between 9 and 14 years can take part in the coming edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018. Submissions are to open in the coming days, and will continue being accepted until 20 July.

Every song has to have a duration of between two and a half minutes and three minutes. Participants have to be Maltese children, and have to be involved in the writing and composition of an original song with which they will be taking part in this contest.

The 16 finalists will be announced on 3 August, and the male or female singer will be chosen in September through a programe on TVM. The winner will represent Malta in Belarus in November.
